We at Clarita’s Cleaning believe in the importance of helping those most in need. Whether the need is at home or abroad, we like to raise awareness of various charities that need funding or assistance. Because at Clarita’s, we believe that we’re all in this together.
We hope you can offer financial support to help these people in need. Please know that 100% of donations received go to help the Saint Gerald schoolhouse in Uganda. Together, we can work to improve the lives of our distant neighbors so desperately in need. The charity we wish to highlight this time is trying to raise funds to construct water towers for their schoolhouse in Uganda, Africa. Nearly one out of every five children in Uganda is uneducated, which makes the schools there all the more valuable. However, due to the lack of a water tower, the water source that the children drink from at the Saint Gerald school is small, muddy, and brown, and days are hot and strenuous. A potable water source is desperately needed to avoid infections from unsafe drinking water. The schoolhouses themselves are also cramped and in poor condition, lack proper flooring, and need to have walls reinforced or even rebuilt entirely. We wanted to highlight this charity to get them the clean drinking water and proper classrooms they need to keep their students healthy and safe from the heat.
